Q: Which insurance provider that Sureplify.com represent?

A: We do not represent any insurance provider, we are an independent online insurance platform that provides a wide range of insurance products from top insurance providers.

Q: How is Sureplify.com different from other insurance sites?

A: In Sureplify.com, we offer products from top insurance providers and all policies are tailor made specially for you in simple English for easy understanding with experts readily to assist.

Payment Methods

Q: What types of payment method do you accept?

A: We accept online bank transfer, credit card and debit card payment.

Q: What are the payment gateways available?

A: We currently accept online payment methods as stipulated in our Payment Methods & Policies. Our online payment service is provided and operated by Billplz Sdn Bhd.

Purchase Status

Q: How do I know if my purchase is successful?

A: First, you will receive an email of “purchase under processing”. The selected insurance company will be finalizing the purchase and we will send a second email confirming your purchase has been successful. In the occasion that you did not receive any email confirmation, please login to your account and check your purchase status.

Q: I've successfully made a payment but I still haven't received my “purchase under processing” email?

A: A confirmation email will be sent within the same day. If you have not received any email from us, please email us at hello@sureplify.com or contact us at +603-2711 2711. We will reply you the soonest.

Q: My computer froze while processing payment. How do I know if my payment made is successful?

A: All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email that contains your purchase details. If you have not received any confirmation via email, please email us at hello@sureplify.com or send us a message to our Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/suplify.com). Alternatively, please contact Customer Service to confirm your order placement.

Q: Is it safe to provide my personal data and banking account number on your site?

A: Yes, we are PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) registered company and we take your privacy & confidentiality seriously.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds

1: Our representatives are readily available to assist you in any forms of enquires and terms & conditions via email and telephone.

2: The refunds will be based on the terms and conditions of Sureplify.com and the represented insurance provider.

3: Refund of premium will be made by the represented insurance provider's deemed appropriate method.

4: There will be no refund of premium in the event that claims have been taken place during the then current period of insurance.

Cancellations

1: Cancellation of the insurance policies are subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider.

Road Tax Purchase & Delivery

Q: Where can the road tax be purchased?

A: After renewing car insurance, you will be directed to a page for road tax purchasing. Tick on "yes" if you would like to proceed for Road Tax Renewal Service in Sureplify.

Q: Is the road tax renewal service applicable for vehicles used in West Malaysia & East Malaysia?

A: This service is available for vehicles used in West Malaysia only.

Q: What type of charges are involved when I renew road tax with sureplify.com?

A: Sureplify provide Free Service in Road Tax Renewal. You'll only be charged for road tax fee and delivery charges imposed by MyEG Services Logistics.

Q: When will I receive my road tax after I have renewed it here?

A: Klang Valley: 3 working days, Peninsular/West Malaysia : within 3-4 working days.

Q: I've renewed my car insurance with road tax renewal online with Sureplify. However, I have not received my road tax yet.

A: Please call our customer service at +603-2711 2711. Or you may trace the delivery status at https://www.myeg.com.my/delivery_status/roadtax.

SURE Rewards Points

Q: How do I earn SURE Rewards Points?

A: For every referral with successful car insurance renewal, SURE Rewards Points equivalent of RM10 will be given.

Q: How do I refer a person to renew car insurance here?

A: Sign up and go to the member profile page, under "Refer and Earn" column, copy the link and share it.

Q: How do I redeem the SURE Rewards Points?

A: At the member profile page, under "Rewards" column, select the items and click "redeem".

Q: Where do I keep track on of the SURE Rewards Points earned?

A: At the member profile page, under SURE Point column, a summary of points earned are listed in there.

Q: When can I redeem the SURE Rewards Points?

A: The points are redeemable within 90 days.
